Homemade fat reduced beef poke rice 🥩
👉 Ingredients
✅ Staple food 4 choose 1: brown rice ~ Rice ~ Rye ~ Mixed grain rice ~ (I use konjac rice)
✅ Choose 2 to 4 kinds of vegetables: cucumber. Tomato. Corn kernels. Lettuce. Okra. Green beans.
✅ Protein selection 12: Tuna. Salmon. Chicken breast. Beef. Hot spring egg. Tamagoyaki. Sweet shrimp. Caviar Crab meat sticks.
✅ Fruit choice 1: Apple. Mango. Hami melon.
✅ Seasonings and side dishes: Japanese soy sauce 🌟, mayonnaise, avocado 🌟, pickles 🌟, wakame, crushed nuts, black sesame seeds, seaweed 🌟, dried cranberries…
👉 Practice
First, lay the main course at the bottom, cover it with vegetables, then layer on top of the side dishes of vegetables and fruits. Finally, add the protein and pour the sauce over it. It's done
👉TIPS
The side dishes with stars are a must, and others can be added selectively. I used the mayonnaise I made myself, and if I didn't have pickled cucumbers, I used small pickled mustard greens.
